The building's contemporary design meshes together classic Art Deco Moderne forms with modern materials and detailing including arced glass balcony rails, iridescent mosaic tiled accents and contemporary window walls. In keeping with the Moderne theme, the building's entry includes a grand two story salon at the corner with an entryway marked by a double story custom door of decorative grillwork and glass.
