This master planned community is the first project approved by the City of Palmdale for its new Transit Village Specific Plan. The multi-product residential “Work Force/Affordable” project incorporates both “for rent” and “for sale” housing units featuring full amenities and ample green open space.

There are 156 rental units located in two buildings each with four story residential over ground level community spaces and parking. At the center of the site is a large common area with pool and park ringed by clusters of townhomes. The 122- two and three story townhomes range from 800 square feet with1 bedroom to 1500 square feet with 4 bedrooms and include private garages, enclosed patios and covered front porches.

This project was awarded Department of Housing and Community Development bond funding. The applicant cited the architect’s complete and very visual package as a key component to the perfect score they received granting them Proposition 1C funds for this subsidized project.
